As part of the CVS Health strategic framework, CVS Y Más strives to deliver a relevant shopping experience that creates a bridge to ultimately fulfill the healthcare needs of the Hispanic communities we serve. Our Y Más Program Manager will help bring this to life.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for a creative & innovative leader who thinks big and pushes boundaries to get results, both for the consumer and for the business. Our Y Más Program Manager acts as a filed liaison for Y Más stores to the corporate office. This position requires the ability to be influential as you would be collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring this market-leading format to life. The Y Más Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Growth Initiatives. You will be the connection from a multitude of corporate teams and vendors across the country to the field where it all comes to life. Your role goes beyond merchandising as the Y Más banner requires that we have appropriate cultural competencies and the people in our stores connect with the communities we serve. As part of this role, you would engage in driving the cultural component in the field. You will also help design, test, and bring to market the execution of our Hispanic strategy across multiple markets.
-Markets include California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, & Oklahoma

Required Qualifications
-5+ years of retail leadership experience with proven ability building high-performing teams
-Willingness to travel 75%

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong track record of in-store merchandising fundamentals; thinks like a merchant & is creative and innovative in the approach to delivering a finished product to the customer
- Understanding of localization, diversity, and how instore experience can impact the business
- Ability to lead the strategy development and execution planning of trans-formative projects from end-to-end with both internal and external entities
- Proven track record of driving significant sales and margin with strong analytical capabilities to identify risk and opportunities
- Ability to plan and manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously ensuring all key landmarks are met and risks communicated and mitigated
